This class, taught by Bill Gilmore, Senior Wine Consultant at Galleria, will give you the solid wine fundamentals to face any Sparkling Wine list with confidence by answering such questions as:

· Are Champagne and Sparkling Wine the same thing?
· Is Champagne a region or a wine?
· Which is drier, Brut or Extra Dry?
· What is all this Blanc de Noir and Blanc de Blanc business?
· Is there a secret code on Champagne bottles?
